Wheat or bajara flour raab. Take 1 tbsp ghee. Heat in a pan , add 2 tsp of any 1 mentioned flour. Saute than add 3 cups of boiling hot milk. After boiling add jaggery ( sugar ). Add a pinch of chai masaala or dried ginger and cardamom powder. Drink hot. Very soothing.
1 more remedy which my nani was giving us. Cut 2 onions. Boil in plain water. Add little ajwain. Boil , add little jaggery and half spoon ghee. Drink hot. 2) take a piece of ginger. Grate and add a teasoon of water. Extract juice and add 1 tsp honey. Take every morning empty stomach and just before sleeping. This remedy is also very helpful for kids. Especially those who gets throat infections frequently.
