As we all know Gulkand is popular form of Rose petals. And is consumed widely across India. I bought a big jar of Gulkand quite some time ago and it has now become another forgotten ingredient in the kitchen. **Now my question is this: Is there any chance to use this in Dum Biryani or any other Dishes except Desserts and Sweets? I don't know but I feel like doing experiments with this ingredient.
