If u roast gram flour properly u'll get this color and a pleasant fragrant of gram flour.
I don't actually followed any recipe for this. I made these ladoos many times so can say my hands are set on ingredients. Now i don't need to measure any thing.
Here is my recipe for u all easy and fast. Take gram flour and powdered sugar in the 2:1 ratio means if u r taking 2cups gram flour then take 1 cup of sugar. In a thick bottom kadhai dry roast gram flour. When u done with it start adding ghee in it. Start with little amount of ghee and keep mixing don't add too much. Just the amount which roast it properly and gives aroma. Now add green cardamom powder and nuts. Mix well. Let it cool slightly not completely. Then add sugar and gives it a proper mix. Now it's ready to make ladoos.
If ur kids are not happy with the crunch of nuts, then grind the nuts in a mixer then add.
