I m also facing the same. But I didn't write. As I found that if I m trying to let BB know the problems it is being taken wrongly. Actually I try to tell so they can resolve it earliest. NOT TO CRITICIZE any one's efficiency . I know Support team has Lot to do. How crucial there work is. And my daughter also works in support in a very big IT company. So I m aware of compliications created due to technical problems.
