This is again another fad because there is no such thing as diet foods. These processed foods are filled with a lot of salts and trans fats which are definitely not good for the body and can do more harm than good!

Here’s a pet peeve, that eating fat makes you fat! In fact, healthy fats are essential for the body. Opt for good fats like extra-virgin olive oil, coconut butter, avocado and nuts. Please stop fearing fat!

MYTH 5 – Calories eaten at night are more fattening than those eaten early in the day.”
Calories are calories are calories, and it doesn’t matter what time you eat them. What matters are the total calories you take in!
MYTH 6 – Carbohydrates make you fat.
No! If you cut out “good-carb” foods, such as whole grains, beans, fruits and vegetables, you’re missing out on your body’s main source of fuel as well as vital nutrients and fibre!
MYTH 7 – Egg yolks are bad for your heart
There’s no reason now to fear the yolks. Latest scientific research says that eating cholesterol has no real impact on cholesterol metabolism. Thus, eating foods high in cholesterol does not mean you’ll develop high cholesterol.So, go ahead and eat the whole egg, every day!
