In order to maintain the beauty of your face, you don’t need any medicated soap. Instead, just mix some shikakai powder, gram flour and turmeric powder with water and apply this paste as a soap on your face. This will work as a very effective soap, without being harsh on your skin.
Before going out of the house and after coming back, you need to do 2 small things. This 2-minute routine will work wonders for your skin. Before going out of the house, apply a good moisturizer on your face so that all the dust and dirt gets stuck to the protective moisturizer and not to your face. After coming back home, use warm water to scrub your face and all the dirt and dust will come off.
Your skin becomes dull, dry and almost lifeless by the end of the week, due to the ill-effects of pollution and dirt, so massage your body over the weekend. This will nourish and moisturize the skin and rejuvenate it.
Mix some turmeric powder, lemon juice and honey since these 3 ingredients are very rich in antioxidants. If you have dry skin, you may add coconut oil or olive oil to this mask. This mask can be applied daily but if that’s not possible, apply it at least once a week to freshen your skin.
One needs to exfoliate the skin and get rid of the dead skin cells to reveal new and fresh skin. There are many scrubs available in the market. Make sure to buy a scrub according to your skin type and use it to exfoliate your skin twice a week.
Drink lots of water and eat foods rich in antioxidants, along with citrus fruits and green vegetables to make your skin healthy and active.
Never leave the house without applying a good sunscreen and try to wear full-sleeved clothes in summers. Never give an opportunity to the sun and the pollution to harm your skin.
