  • Chicken 500 gms
  • Onion paste 4 spoons
  • Ginger paste 1 spoon
  • Garlic paste 1 and 1/2 spoon
  • Keora water 1 spoon
  • Curd 1/2 cup
  • Salt (as per the taste)
  • Sugar (as per the taste)
  • Coriander powder 2 spoons
  • Dried red chilli 2 pieces
  • Jayfal 1 pinch
  • Javitri 1 pinch
  • Clove 4 pieces
  • Ilaichi 3 pieces
  • Cinnamon 1 small stick
  • ghee
  • Refined oil
  • Kaju and posto paste
  1. Marinate the chicken with onion, garlic, ginger pastes, salt, sugar, curd, keora water for 1 hour
  2. Pour oil and ghee into pan
  3. Add dried red chilli, jayfal, javitri, clove, ilaichi, cinnamon
  4. Pour the whole marinated mixture in the oil, cover it and let it cook till the chicken gets softer
  5. Add coriander powder and cook for a while..
  6. Add the kaju and posto paste.. Stir, mix and cook....serve with rice or chapatti
