Breakfast Recipes

Breakfast is the most important dish in the day. Few know that eating breakfast has long term benefits. It can reduce obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease. Studies also show that eating breakfast can improve your mood and reduce stress levels through the day. There are few countries where the breakfast recipes are as varied as India. Across India we find very different traditions when it comes to morning breakfast. Breakfast recipes range from thepla and dhokla in Gujarat, Idli, sambhar, dosa in the south, bedmi poori in UP, kochuri in Bengal and paranthas in Punjab.
