Zee what a coincidence I also made same recipe yesterday but I didn't post very tasty right now I will post
One medium sized cabbage,, chicken 900gm,, 2 onions sliced or green onions 1 big bunch,, mustard seeds 1 tsp,, red chilli flakes 1 tbsp or green chillies 4 to 5 slit, garlic paste 1 tbsp,, oil 3 -4 tbsp. Turmeric a pinch, salt to taste, roasted cumin and coriander masalas 1 tsp each.. Also add deghi mirch powder 1 tsp or curry powder 1 tbsp and kasoori methi 1 tbsp washed and strained. Method of preparation... heat the oil and add the mustard seeds. After that add the onions and the garlic paste. After sauteeing them well, add the chicken. Saute it for about 3 to 4 mins and then cover it up and let it simmer on low flame for about 10 mins. After that add the rest of the masalas and the cabbage shredded finely. Do not add any water. Cover it up and cook until done. Garnish with fresh coriander. Also can add a tbsp of fresh lemon juice. Serve it with plain rice or rotis.
