Hi Preeti, when you're on a diet there need not be any special dishes. You keep an eye on your portion servings and avoid all foods that are fried and having refuned flour as their ingredient. Have lots of fresh fruits and veggies and include oats in your cooking. Exercise is equally important to lose weight so off you go!!

Hii Sujatha, There is no diet recipe as such. When you eat in moderation or in other words with your plate and stomach 3/4th full, you can achieve weight loss. Drink about 8 glasses of water at least. Remember to incorporate foods with fibres to your daily eating habits Add some exercises to this and you will find you are losing weight slowly and steadily. :)
