Heat 5-6 cups oil in karahi. Fry 4cups corns till golden brown or till crisp and takeout in plate. Fry 2cups p-nuts also and takeout in plate. Fry 2cups chivada or poha and immediately takeout in plate as poha fries very sooner. Fry 1cup each washed and pat dried curry leaves and spinach leaves and takeout in plate. Let it cool for few minutes. Now take all fried items in a big bowl nd mix properly. Add salt and red chilly pdr nd mix them. Store in a container. U cn also add some fried cashew nd almonds. Enjoy.
