Hello Gayithri ji :) my mother-in-law prepares Satyanarayana prasad this way. Take 1 and 1/4 cup each of melted ghee, semolina, warm mik, sugar. Take 1 and 1/4 ripe banana. Method : Take a Kadai. Add ghee and roast semolina till you get a nice aroma. Then add warm milk and mix well. Once the semolina boils, add sugar and saute. Once sugar melts add chopped banana pieces, saute well till everything blends well. Prasad is ready. This is how we Konkani people prepare Satyanarayana prasad. Hope this helps.
