I combine some or all of the following- Fennel seeds (saunf) 1/4 cup, Meethi saunf(sugar coated)-2 tbsp, Dhania dal 1/4 cup, Flax seeds 1 tablespoon, Carom seeds (ajwain) 1 tablespoon, Dried coconut ( khopra) grated 1/4 cup, Rock candy (khadi sakhar) broken 2 tablespoons, Dried ginger a little, Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon, Clove powder 1/2 teaspoon, Lightly roast all except shakar and meethi saunf and let cool..store in an airtight container.
For digestion I take saunf, Sesame seeds, Ajwain and suadana. I apply haldi salt and lime juice to all except sesame seeds. Let it dry and than dry roast them. When have stomach ache it helps.
