Fry dry fruits like almonds kaju tal makhana walnuts in oil. Fry gound also. Then crush the gound and the fried nuts. Cut coconut into small pieces and roast them on tawa. Heat desi ghee add 2 cups sooji and roast it till its aromatic. Add the dry fruits to the sooji then add 1 cup sugar and mix well till all the things are mixed well. You can adjust the amount of sugar to your liking. Store in airtight containers. A couple of tablespoons will give you a burst of energy when you are tired and lethargic.
