Hi Neha..advice you to give her a glass of warm water early morning followed by a healthy breakfast like bowl of oats with fruit. Lunch and dinner should comprise of 2 multigrain chapatis with seasonal veggies, fresh curd and salad. Avoid or reduce the amount of sugar and fat in her diet. Encourage her to drink lots of water and to have regular sleep timings as all of this aids in weight loss.
