Hi Neha..advice you to give her a glass of warm water early morning followed by a healthy breakfast like bowl of oats with fruit. Lunch and dinner should comprise of 2 multigrain chapatis with seasonal veggies, fresh curd and salad. Avoid or reduce the amount of sugar and fat in her diet. Encourage her to drink lots of water and to have regular sleep timings as all of this aids in weight loss.

She has undergone operations twice before and has a major one to go maybe late this year or start of next year....I have time in hand and want her to be fit and healthy.... Thanks for ur concern

Make her eat a handful after every 2 hours and proper lunch,breakfast and dinner,make her eat without telivision,magzines phones laptips etc.include dahi,chana,singdana in her diet,and no food 2 hours before sleeping.also dont introduce new diet fads.make her eat all that you have eaten since childhood.that is be in touch with your food and love it
