Take a carrot, a cucumber, a tomato, an onion, 1/2 cup cabbage, 1/2 cup red cabbage, 1/2 cup lettuce, few florets of broccoli(blanched), and some spring onion greens. Cut all of these in very fine pieces. Add black salt, crushed black pepper and some oregano. Add a few drops of lemon juice if required. Add 1 tsp each of italian and french salad dressing and now you are done. Enjoy yummy and healthy salad. Tip: use any salad dressing but it should be olive oil based and not mayonnaise. :)

Salads if you it in an original form it's always better rather than adding dressings. Chew well. Can eat mix sprouts stir fry, veges stir fry. Have different combinations soups every day. EAT minimum 2 servings of fruits. Mid munching should be Chana ( roasted plain). Plain curd. Popcorn ( non flavoured). Coconut water. Khakhra only one. Can have wheat flax ( non sweetened) with Skim milk. Do only what you can continue. And Most Important is Exercise. Even walking is fine.
U have to boil water.off the stove,add green tea and wait for about a minute.drain the leaves and add cinnamon powder.have it with a pinch of turmeric.
Hi I had the same problem. I lost 20 kgs after that. 10 on my own n another 10 by diet. I used to eat salads only in night by 7.30. basic ingredients for my salad were same.. cucumber, tomatoes, three color capsicum, lettuce. After that i used to add diff things everyday like chickpeas, olives, eggs paneer etc. Toss the salad in little lemon juice n honey sale n pepper. Keep it in fridge for one hr. You can use salad dressings also but not mayo ones. It worked for me.
