You can make puri pizzas. Take sev puri wali puris. Make the pizza spread using tomatoes mix veggies and cheese. While serving the spread should be hot. Put a teaspoon full on the puri and grated cheese on the top.

Hi u can make thick kheer using vanilla custard powder n milkmaid.. Then add dry fruits n saffron n elaichi powder .when the kheer is done u can add small rasgollas ( known as angoori rasgollas). U can make 1day on advance n serve them chilled.
No rice kheer. Thick kheer without rice. No tarts . It is to be served in bowl along with the spoon.
Try making cocktail idlies....make small small idlies then deep fry and take it out then mix idly chutney powder and serve in toothpicks with coriander coconut chutney as side dish.
I suggested dal Pakwan. Pakwan is made of maida add little salt little ajwain n little oil.mix n knead da flour hard. Let it rest for 1hr. Then roll out like chapatis pork with fork.n then deep fry on medium slow heat. Fry till golden brown. When it cools they should be crisp. That means ur Pakwan r proper. Soakchana dal. For4-5 hrs.In a cooker add very little oil put Hing add dal with water add green chillies haldi powder, red chilly powder dhaniya powder n salt . 2 whistles will be OK. . Then before serving heatingthe dal mash little dal with serving spoon . Remove in the serving bowl.Again add taka of Hing red chilli pd, dhaniya pd on top n serve . Alonng green chutney n dates tamarind chutney. Dal should be semi liquid.
