Have Chicken & horse gram. Foods alone wont help,as we dont consume in large quantities. Always,cover ur head,especially ur ears,neck,while sleeping or going out. Take hot things only,whatever it s. Cover ur full body always with sweater or thermals.
Drinking warm water regularly also will help. Take a piece of ginger, grate, squeeze out juice ( can add 1 tsp water ) add honey and consume every morning and night. Also hot milk with Haldi , Kesar helps.
