  1. 2cup maida ,1tbsp Oil,Salt to taste
  2. 4-5spring onion finally chopped
  3. 3/4cup grated cabbage
  4. 1/2cup carrots grated
  5. 1/2cup beans
  6. 1/2cup capsicum
  7. 1tbsp ginger garlic paste and green peas
  8. 1tbsp black paper powder
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil for frying
  11. 1tbsp cumin seeds
  12. 1tbsp coriander leaves
  13. 1/2cup panner cube
  14. 2tbsp maida

निर्देश

  1. Maida ,1tbsp Oil,and salt to taste gradually add the water and knead soft dough.
  2. Grease dough with little oil
  3. Cover and rest dough 15-20minutes
  4. 20minutes later
  5. Divide dough into equal balls
  6. Take a dough ball dust with some dry flour and roll.
  7. Roll into a medium size chapati similarly prepare all chapati.
  8. Take a chapati apply oil over it .place 2 chapati over it .apply oil over it. Place 3 chapati over it apply oil over it. Place 4 chapati over it apply oil over it.
  9. Dust some with dry flour and roll . Roll into a medium size chapati .
  10. Transfer to medium hot tawa.flip and cook both sides. Don't cook chapati too much and take out .
  11. Carefully remove sheets similarly prepare all chapati .
  12. Spring roll sheet are ready.now.
  13. Stuffing
  14. Oil ,jeera ,ginger garlic paste and onion, mix well and green chillies paste, cabbage, carrots, beans , green peas and salt according to taste, black paper powder mix well and add to the panner cubes and coriander leaves.
  15. Stuffing is ready.
  16. Maida 2tbsp gradually add water and make a smooth batter.
  17. Prepare and deep frying rolls.
  18. Spring roll sheet put filling roll and seal(as known)
  19. Apply batter on sides and fold . Apply batter.
  20. Spring roll is ready to cook . Similarly prepare all .
  21. Medium hot oil drop carefully cook
  22. This side 1minute and flip.cook this side for 1minute too now they are nicely cooked ,Take out.
  23. Spring roll are ready.now garnish with boil noodles.
  24. Serve with green chatni and SOS.
