सामग्री सर्विंग: 5

  1. For making spring roll sheets:-
  2. Maida- 1.5 cup (150gm)
  3. Oil- 1tbps (15ml)
  4. Salt- 1/2tsp
  5. For making stuffing:-
  6. Onion (Thinly sliced) - 2 medium
  7. Cabbage (Thinly sliced) - 500gm
  8. Carrot (Grated) - 2
  9. Capsicum (Thinly sliced) - 2 medium
  10. Green chillies (Fine chopped) - 4
  11. Soy sauce- 1tbsp
  12. White vinegar - 1tsp
  13. Tomato ketchup - 2tbsp
  14. Salt - To taste
  15. Red chilli powder - 1/4tsp
  16. Garam masala - 1/4tsp
  17. Oil - 3tbsp

  1. Firstly... Let's make the dough for the sheets. For that we need to make a dough. Take maida, salt, oil mix all the ingredients well and knead a smooth dough using water. Keep it aside for rest for 15-20 mins.
  2. Till dough gets set. Let's make the stuffing for our rolls.. Heat a pan and add oil to it. When oil gets hot then add onions and saute them untill they become pinkish.
  3. Now add cabbage, capsicum and carrot to it. Sprinkle salt onto and give them a good mix. Cover it and put the heat on medium for 5 min.
  4. Now check the veggies. If they become soft then add the remaining ingredients and mix them.
  5. Mix all the veggies until the water to be soaked.
  6. Keep them aside and let them be cool completely.
  7. Now come to the dough. Let's make the sheets for spring rolls. Divide the dough in to small balls of dough. (Roti making ball size)
  8. Roll the ball with rolling pin in size of 3-4 " of roti. Do it with all balls.
  9. Now take a roti and apply oil onto it and sprinkle some maida. Cover it with another roti and do the same process. Now cover the third roti onto it.
  10. Sprinkle some maida on platform and put that and roll in to a thin big roti.
  11. Do this with all the ball and make the set 3 roti for making the sheets.
  12. Now heat up a tawa. And transfer a roti on that. Heat for 10-15 sec from each side.
  13. Remove them from tawa and separate the roties. They will become sheets. Do the same process with all roties.
  14. Now make maida paste. Mix 3 tbsp of maida with water. Make slurry to seal the edges.
  15. Now assemble the spring rolls. Take a sheet. Put 1-2 tbsp stuffing in to this and seal the edges with the paste of maida.
  16. Assemble all the remaining sheets like this.
  17. Heat oil in a wok. Fry them. Strain on a tissue paper. Cut and sprinkle some chaat masala on it and serve hot.
