नारियल चटनी रेसिपी

नारियल चटनी बनाने की सामग्री ( Coconut Chutney Banane Ki Samagri Hindi Me )

  • 3/4 कप ताजा नारियल घिसा हुआ
  • 1 बड़ा चम्मच तेल
  • 2 बड़ा चम्मच चना दाल(भुना हुआ)
  • 1 हरी मिर्च
  • 1 छोटा चम्मच अदरक कटा हुआ
  • आधा छोटा चम्मच नींबू रस
  • 1/4 छोटा चम्मच चीनी
  • नमक स्वादानुसार

नारियल चटनी बनाने की विधि ( Coconut Chutney Banane Ki Vidhi Hindi Me )

  1. नारियल, हरी मिर्च, अदरक, चना दाल, नींबू रस, चीनी, नमक और थोड़ा पानी एक साथ मिलाकर मिक्सर में पीसकर मुलायम पेस्ट बना लें।
  2. चीनी और नमक जांच लें।
  3. नारियल चटनी को डोसा या इडली के साथ परोसें।

leaves a lot of detail out for instance, channa dar needs to be roasted, there is no mention of the "chownk" or the favoringat the end, with dried red chilli, curry leaves (optional) and rye... that's what makes it yum.
