Coconut chutney. Great coconut 1cup 1green chilly. Little fresh corriander leaves. Pinch of tamarind. Grind finely with salt. For tempering use 1tsp of gingly oil .when hot add 1tsp of urad dal mustard seed curry leves and hing and pour it on the chutney(some other options some add garlic ,roasted chenna dal ,or pudina too)
Another one Two large onions cut into peices 2large ripe tomatoes 1table spoon grated fresh coconut 2 red chillies .for tempering mustard seed urad dal cury leaf. First in a kadai take gingely oiland saute onion and tomato with red chilly.cool and grind into fine paste.give the tempering and serve for idly dosas. 3)pure onion chutny 4 onions,2redchillies,little tamarind1 sm golly. Saute onio red chillyand a table spoon of urad dal cool and grind with salt tamarind give a tempering with mustard seed.The sme thing can be grinded raw and then cook in oil till it becomes thick and all the raw smell leaves this can be kept for two three days goes well with phulka chapathi
Rub oil on tomatoes and roast in it charcoal remove skin. heat one tablespoon of mustard oil and add crushed garlic, fresh curry leaves, finely chopped onion when it change in pink colour add tomatoes, green chillies chopped, fresh coriander leaves and salt. mix well and your chatni is ready it's mine favourite
easy tomato garlic chutney.. take 2 or 3 tomatoes n chop roughly..then 7- 8 garlic cloves, green chillies as per ur taste, mustard oil and salt..grind them together in the mixer..ur chutney is ready in less than 10 min.. njoy wid rotis paranthas puri..whatever u like..
Easy Raw mango chutney... Dry roast two dry red chillies whole,1tsp each of whole cumin seeds,sauf ,methi,mustard in a pan, cool and grind tjem into powder, keep aside. Now cut around 1 -2 max raw mangoes, clean them and cut them with the skin, remove the seed, in a pan put 1tbsp oil, 1/2tsp mustard seeds,1/2tsp turmeric powder, let the seeds sprinkle little, then add the cut mangoes, put 1/4tsp salt,mix well, as the you get the smell and see the mangoes turn a little golden, sim the gas and cover it , after 3-4 min remove cover, add sugar to your requirement, if the mangoes are too sour, you will need a more sugar, approx 1/2 a cup, stir , keep the gas in sim as the sugar starts melting add water, about 1.5 cups , let it boil abd thicken up, before switching the gas off add the roasted ground spices ,stir and cover it , have it with roti, rice ,paratha or just like that.
