I can give you an easy cream cheese recipe. Cream cheese is a soft, mild cheese which is high fat.Ideally you should buy it from the store but if it is just not available then you can boil 1 litre Milk, add 2 tbsp lemon juice and curdle it. Transfer to a muslin and wash under water, then let drain for 20 minutes. Add 2 tbsp fresh yogurt and a little salt and grind to a smooth paste. Transfer back to muslin and let drip in the fridge for 5 hours till all liquid has drained out and you get fresh, thick cheese. Use fresh! Hope this helps.
