Take 1 1/2 cup of basmati rice. Now boil them adding one clove,1 cinnamon stick cardamom n a TSP of oil and salt to taste n a dash of lemon. Add peas to it n n strain once they are 90% cooked.
If u want to go for vegetable pulao u can add veges of Ur choice which u have boiled before n stir to mix propwrly
Wash the rice and soak ina pan for 1 hr with needed quantity of water to cook. Now strain it , preserve the water. Now heat ghee in a pan . Add cloves , cardamom, pepper ( whole) and cinnamon stick. After it crackle remove and keep all khada masaala aside. Now add onion, capsicum , carrot, spring onion, cauliflower and saute. Add ginger garlic paste , required salt, , chili powder saute and add rice. Saute till colour changes. Now add hot water ( 1 which you preserved). Add corn and peas.Grind all khada masaala and add. Adjust salt. Let it half cook.. Than mix kesar with hot milk and add. Let it cook well. Serve with garnish of coriander leaves and fresh cream.
