Hi..sharing the recipe for paal kozhukattai. You need: Half cup Par boiled rice Pinch of salt 2 tsp ghee 3/4 cup jaggery 1 cup thin coconut milk 1/2 cup thick coconut milk 1/4 tsp cardamom powder Preparations- wash and soak rice for 2 hours. Grind it to a fine paste adding salt and little water. Melt jaggery adding 2-3 tbsp of water Method: Cook the rice batter with ghee. Stir continuously to avoid lumps. Knead a dough and make small balls Boil the thin coconut milk and add rice balls once the milk comes to a boil. Cook for 5-6 minutes (the balls will come to the surface once cooked) Add jaggery paste, cardamom and cook Lastly, add the thick coconut milk. Serve hot or cold!
