If you set in the night it will nice n thick. Also the milk used should not be very watery.
Use full cream milk. Apply the curd all over the bowl u want to use for setting curd. Then like warm the milk and pour in. Set at night. Morning u will get thick curd. This process helps me a lot.
While setting milk for curd... Use a green chilli stick... (dhandal) in it... It will set perfectly
To set curd dont stir the milk often keep in low fire.dont add water.allow the malai to form on top.check the temperature tobe bearable to your finger.now add the butter milk or curdatleast1tbs and stir it well.in winter prepar in the night snd summer do in the morning at 5am or 6am it will well set by 9 or 10 am
