You can also make puri out of it by greasing oil to flat surface flattening n giving round shape to it.And deep fry it.

Yes we gujaratis prepare by adding cucumber..it tastes so gud.But make sure the dough is stiff enough to give shape.place a parchment paper or plastic it gets easier to make n pick them tht way..

Hello, i just saw. We make Phulaka roti with rice flour. Only thing we do is knead flour with hot water. They taste very nice with all gravies and even with Bengan bharata. What you could do is just take little ( 2 tbsp/ according to quantity of your rice flour ). Add little oil , all masala, sesame seeds, Ajwain and knead both flours together. Make Thepala ( paratha ) . Will taste yummy with tea/ Coffee. You also can add Coriander leaves, Methi leaves or Spinach chopped to it.
Take wheat flour add salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, half tsp of cumin powder, one fourth tsp of ajwain, mint leaves, coriender leaves, salt , one green chilli, ginger and garlic paste if you like add little fine chopped onion then make dough and then make paratha
