Drain the excess water . Use the water to mix the atta. Afd jeera powder cummin powder salt garam masala crushed ginger and grern chilly , finely chopped coriander leaves to the dal add 1to2 tsp lime juice. Mix well make small ball and use as filling to make paranthas taste and health

When trying stuffed parathas always start by rolling out small size. And make sure the doug h is soft . smear little oil on your palm
Just see that the atta is not too tight or too soft. The dal shuld be like mashed potato. Next time im sure you will get a perfect one thanks for trying tell did your grand son liked it or not
