For something different. . Mash the rice in a mixer. Add rava and besan .add chopped onions , green chillies, coriander leaves and salt. Sprinkle some chaat masala. Make tikkis and deep fry or tava fry.

You can make paratha by adding spinach, and some mix flours like wheat , bajra, besan and ginger garlic paste, sesame seeds etc. Can blend add sooji and besan. Add bottle gourd or methi add all masala mix well add some curd. And steam Muthia. After cooling season it in oil with sauted cut garlic , asafoetida, mustard seeds. You can also make vege fried rice.
You can grind it ( not very smootj) add soaked ground urad daal and make idli. Or you can grind it with besan , add curd, grated vege, onion, and make chillas
