Yea even i did use it once or twice dea Latha.. :blush: :blush: but i wud suggest u to use fresh garlic mince instead like iam doing now. It gives a good flavour to the dish.
You also get roasted Garlic and onion flakes. They are helpful during Short of Time
I prefer using minced garlic. It has more flavour than garlic powder. However it is handy to keep it as sometimes in emergency you may need it.
I did nt know ,how this garlic powder is like,or how is it made! So that why asked. I always use fresh ingredients. Powders too ,i make at home.i keep garlic ginger paste made at home & keep in fridge. For working women,a tip .peel onions & wash & keep in containers in fridge. It s easier. Cutting onion & keeping,i heard ,poisonous. But.just keep whole onions ,no prob. Tks sana.
