Stuffed bread pakora. You can make dahi wada . Just cut in 4. Fry it , dip in water remove excess water. Add grated ginger in curd. Add salt, green chilli and season it with mustard seeds and curry patta.

My go to recipe has always been bread and butter pudding. Cut bread in cubes, make a mixture of milk, sugar, butter and egg. Pour over the bread. For sweetness you can add some jam and mix roughly. You can add cinnamon or nutmeg flavouring. Bake at 180 degree centigrade till the top begins to brown slightly. I like it thick with vanilla ice cream. You can add more milk for it to be a little pudding like. Enjoy
Cut the slices into small cubes and fry the cubes in oil. Store them and Use that in any chats or soups whenever needed.
You can use the fried bread cubes as topping for any veg poha or biriyani . or drop into spicy tomato soup. Tases great
