MASAALA BHAT . Heat 2 tsp butter in a pressure pan. Add seasoning ( zeera, sliced onion ) saute little add ginger garlic paste and veges. Any you have on hand. Carrot, peas, cauliflower, potato ,French beans , even Sprouts. Add masaala and riceand required water and pressure cook . Pack with adding a tsp of ghee.
