Have you tried a high-protein low carb diet? Can I suggest eating egg white omletettes for the next three days and see what your progress has been so far?
Take coconut water and sprout with veggies for brrakfast For lunch bajra or jwar roti with any sabji and lots of salad with it . For dinner Soup bowl with lots of veggies in it . Dont drink water immidiately after meal Take luke warn water after 30 minutes of meal . @Niyaz Laiq sir

I follow wheat bran diet. Instead of normal chapatis, I eat bran 2 rotis with 1 katori veggies sauteéd in very less olive oil and 1 glass buttermilk along with that. Take 50% wheat flour + 50% ragi atta (nagli) for rotis. In dinner you can have this or eat 1 wheat bread sandwich (no butter/cheese) Add healthy stuffing of ur choice. I am done with my dinner by 7 - 7.15pm. Lastly, I have one cup of toned milk at 9.15pm. Use stevia/splenda instead of sugar. Cut down ur sugar intake, avoid fried and junk food. Eat healthy! I can already see the difference in me. Feels amazing :)

You can try quinoa & smoked chicken salad.. Extremely healthy and filling
