If the batter is too much fermented,u add some rice flour in it. Some batter we get is like that. Reduce ur heat on tawa. If it s too hot, sprinkle some water on the tawa. That s the main reason for not rolling dosas, especially, the batter we buy from outside.
Apply oil with half cut onion on tawa n spread with a little bowl .I mean by using the bottom of that bowl. N pls check the pouring consistency of batter also.
Make the batter exactly as mentioned on it. Otherwise it will be messy to make.
Thanx every one I tried same way but in vein :worried: I suppose I'm poor to copy .
@Latha Nair will try your tip and let u know...right now I don't have rice flour. :relaxed:
Just soak some rice & grind it,if u dont ve rice flour. Also b careful while adding water to the batter.the consistently should b very correct. Rubbing the tawa, with onion & oil is very good for getting dosa easily. For non stick pans,no need of that.just rub with oil or ghee in the beginning, put oil on top of each dosa. That s all.
