Hello dear when on diet no need to learn salaad. Just wash properly cut and enjoy. If want than add only salt pepper zeera and lemon. No dressing needed. And Sprouts also you just wash and saute in 1/2 tsp olive oil and add salt pepper zeera and lemon. :thumbsup: :thumbsup: if you are on high protein diet and eating non vege than search for grilled recepies
