May be you can add sour curd and leave the dough to ferment and thrn bake
Use this recipe: 4 cups flour, 4 tbsp white sugar, 1 tsp baking soad, 1tbsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 cup margarine, 1 cup buttermilk, 1 egg, 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup buttermilk. Bake this mixture for 45 to 50 minutes. Keep brushing a mixture of buttermilk and butter on the loaf.
Great Ayushi prakash but is there a sustitute for egg. I think ripe bananas will help
