Grate 2 dry coconuts and roast. Roast half cup almonds and sliver them. Roast half cup melon seeds. Keep all these roasted items aside. In a wok put 2 cup sugar with 1 cup water. Cook till u get single strand syrup. Add 1 cup milk mawa and mix well till mawa dissolve. Add all 3 roasted items. Mix well. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes keep stiring. Grease a plate . Pour n spread the mixture in the plate evenly. After 5 minutes mark diamond cuts all over with a knife. After an hour when completely set cut out all diamonds and relish.
