Jeera aloo Ingredient 2 boil patato Rock salt to taste Jeera 1 tsp Desi ghee 1/2 tbsp In a pan/kadai heat 1/2 tbsp ghee. Add jeera and allow them to splutter and change their colour. Add the chopped patatoes. Stir very well. Then add salt as required. Stir again and saute for a min. U can also add dry mango. Serve vrat k jeera aloo with rajgira puri or prantha accompanied with plain curd.
