Hey Anil, I have marinated kathal pcs. for 15 mints with haldi powder and a teaspoon of oil. Then in pressure cooker , put 2 spoon of mustard oil, heat it and once it loose it fragrance, add cumin seeds, methi dana and pinch of ajwain. Once crackled, saute onion and add minced tomatoes. Wait till the mixture start loosing out oil. Then, add haldi, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder. Saute it for 2 minutes and add marinated kathal. Pressure cooker it up to 5 whistle. Let the pressure release by itself. Garnish it with dhaniya .. and yes do not forgot to add pinch of garam masala and amchur before garnishing it with hara dhaniya.
