Marinate boneless chicken cubes in salt , red chilli powder, turmeric powder, tandoori masala and curd for 1 hr(overnight will give best results). After marination, heat 2 tablespoon butter in a pan and add marinated chicken and let it cook on medium till it turns golden brown. Remove it in a serving bowl. While the chicken is cooking, heat a piece of charcoal till its red hot.. Place a small plate or bowl in middle of the cooked chicken. Place the hot charcoal in it and pour a teaspoon of melted butter/ghee. Cover the chicken bowl and leave it for 5 minutes. Its done. Serve as a side dish or starter or as a brunch. Roll it in our regular roti along with veggie salad, mayonnaise, chutney and ketchup.
