Crispy light tea time snack Corn pakoras 2 cup grated sweet corn 2-3 tbsp finely chopped coriander 2 tsp green chilli paste 4-5 tbsp rice flour (chawal ka atta) Black pepper as required (optional) Salt to taste Oil for frying Method: 1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except oil and mix well. 2. Heat oil in a kadai, drop a little mixture & fry till they turn golden brown from all sides. 3. Repeat the same process for making more pakodas. 4. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney & a cup of Masala Chai.
