An architect turned software professional turned marketeer, I finally settled at cooking. I baked my first cake when I was 10 and figured my way around a cookbook and have been prolifically baking, cooking and feeding friends and family since then. Recently after a stint at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, London on a pastry course and two years working in a restaurant company (we opened 5 restaurants in 2 years) I've taken up baking & cooking full time and am thoroughly enjoying it!
