Hello Jaya..my grand daughter toi is 2 yrs old. You can give her curds with chopped small bananas with little salt and sugar. Very good for digestion. Children will love it. Also pls try oats carrot halwa which i prepared for my grand daughter.
Jaya ray make your child sit next you when ever you have food whether breakfast lunch teayime or dinner.check what she picks or points out from your plate. Dont restrict her from choosing .therby you can know make her eat some thing and get an idea what exactly she wants.
Give him regular food in different ways. Rice and vege cutlet. Chilla with mix sprouts and khichadi. Whole wheat pancakes. Vege upama. Sooji halwa with dry fruits. Don't blend . Just cut small and cook well. Vege idali also is very healthy. You can use mix daal sometimes instead of urad. Than can give pooran poli. Yes and making him sit with us also a good idea.
