U may using besan more than enough. When u use it again in dnr just add water n give a boil.
For 2 cups of buttermilk add just 1 1/2 - 2 tbsp besan.its a good idea to process buttermilk, besan,Haldi ,salt and 1 tsp chili powder in a blender before cooking it.heat oil and condiments and directly add the blended buttermilk. The kadhi will turn out perfectly flavoured and with the right thickness to the gravy
Ayesha next time when ever you make kadhi, please use half the quantity of besan . :blush:
