This recipe hides the fact that you are eating lauki !!! Hope he enjoys it.
I know one dish,we usually take with chappathi. My mom s fav. Take equal quantity of potato & lauki,cut into small pieces. Cook wit turmeri & salt. In a pan put mustard . Add chopped onion,green chillies,a small piece of ginger. Fry well. Add cooked veg. Fry. then add fresh curd,coriander leaves. & a pinch of garam masala. Ok till dry or a bit creamy texture.
Try this one once, i am sure he will like this!! Very easy to make n healthy!!
