Walking is d best exercise dea Ritu.. :blush: :blush: or sum simple exercises at home like jumping jacks and sum floor crunches. Even i hve to do sumthin abt dis.. esp after this festive season. I hve a stepper at home and a Chinese therapy based exercising and massaging machine which i regularly do for every 15 mins daily in the mor. :blush: :blush:
Also i sip that owsm lemon honey warm water every mor. It also helps a lot.
Go on a 3 day fruit and vegetables diet. No dairy products and no oil and carbs. Have any amount of fruits and salads. Drink plenty of water, lemon water without sugar and green tea. Have this soup. Chop cabbage, tomatoes, onions, carrots and green capsicum. Put in water and boil. Add salt and pepper. Have as much as you want.
