Amla, tulsi etc are definitely boons for our body as today's lifestyle has made us so used to junk food. Then why not incorporate these boons in our everyday food itself. Herbs are found commonly in and around us. We tend to neglect them in our day to day running around to make ends meet. Say bye bye to mentrual disorders, insomnia and very good for keeping away arthritis and cancer. Basil leaves: you can use them in salads, tea, drinking water and if u get pure Tulsi leaves then they detoxify your entire body. Antioxidants and swelling reducing property make it my favorite. Mint: we see this and we neglect this. Best used in mojitos in summers and other coolers and drinks, this helps rejuvinate any tired mind and soul. Good for stomach and keeps digestion in check. Has tremendous nutritional value like Tulsi and good for skin. Chives: when you dont want the strong taste of onions to affect your taste buds, use chives just when you are about to turn off the stove. They give the mild onion aroma without shouting on your taste buds. The plant derived dietry fibres and antioxidants help blood pressure in the body.
