Dear Kusum...I too have a 2 year old grand daughter..I always give her dosa and idli for breakfast and rice, dal and pulses for lunch as suggested by our paediateician. I will tag 2 recipes for u..pls try them :)
Healthy one. Today I prepared same for my in laws who are 90 yrs old. Means can't chew properly. Instead of tomato sauce you can give plain home made curd also.
Also curds are very good for digestion in children. So I have tagged a recipe..pls try this too :)
@Shobha bharat raj. You can add veges in khichadi. And wheat in form of Pancakes. After 1 year you can give everything in a soft non spicy form
You also can give ragi, sooji or oats porridge with added fruits. A healthy start of the day.
upma is always nice..please add salt and spices according to your kid
