Cut potato in shape then blanch them for 5 min and let them cool and remove al excess water and make them dry keep them freezrr for 3 hrs and then fry

After cutting potatoes in 1cm thick strips, parboil them in water to which salt is added. Drain well, and freeze them in an airtight container or zip-lock cover. When required, fry potato pieces in medium hot oil till golden brown. Drain excess oil.
