same problem with me dear..have been trying since long..eating salads helps a lot! Sharing my favourite one with you
Most most important - don't eat after eight. Don't eat carbohydrates like chapati . No desserts , no cola's , remove sugar from tea and coffee, start drinking 2-3 cups of green tea. EXERCISE- not plain walking. Fast fast walking. If you have a tread mill - do half hour of walking on tread mill and increase slowly to 45 mns - at least 5 times a week.
Eat every 2 hrs. Small meals. Because you should only eat that much which you burn. Extra calories convert in fat. And you won't feel hungry as a gap is less. Things you can take between meals. Buttermilk. Chana ( unsalted roasted ). Popcorn ( unflavoured ). Coconut water. Fruits. Salad ( preferably in its original form ). Have milk cereals in breakfast ( not flavoured, sugarless ). Egg whites. Khakhra home made. Slim milk. IN LUNCH .can eat 1 chapati. Lots of salad daal or sprouts . buttermilk. Boiled vege. Dinner should be soup. Khakhra . Once you achieve desired weight than also have small meals with less oil and sugar. Dry fruits are good for munching.
Just avoid all fast foods, bakery stuff, cool drinks and daily go for an hour walk....and while walking put your mind very cool and free from stress ..just go an praising God for the good things he has done for you...automatically a beautiful smile will be there on your face and you'll be able to walk without your knowing...like a feather you'll move...think positively... That makes a lot of difference in you...best of luck!!!
Take anything but,only 2 for breakfast. In between u can have sone small snack or fruit or juice. For lunch one or 2 spoons of rice,lot of curry,thoran,one side dish,if u r non veg,take lot of fish. Buttermilk. Just reduce the quantity of rice intake.have some snack for tea. At dinner have 1 chappathi, have lot of curry,salad,green tea.& some fruit. Go for walk,atleast 2 km,per day. I usually diet this way. I loose about 8 kg in one month. If u feel hungry,in between have sliced cucumber,carrots.like that adding some salt. Completely avoid sweets,puddings,oil fried items. like that.
Buttermilk is just a mix of curd & water & salt. Beat in mixi,u will get a clear b.milk. pour in rice intake ,it will b double.
Chew salad properly. Just as our elders said. 1 BITE 20 TIME. It helps in satisfying hunger. Than drink butter milk or soup. Than eat.
